If you are wondering why Be EGOlogical’s page is in dark colors, it is because darker display colors on your computer screen use up less energy than brighter display colors. The idea for BeEGOlogical to have a darker design was inspired by the search engine: Blackle.
Blackle works the same as Google,
however the background and text are in black and white. Blackle and BeEGOlogical have the same ideals
